Our client shares their path back to work after being out of the workplace for the last 13 years. My biggest takeaways were that the path back to work isn’t always a linear one (despite the best laid plans!), especially if you have been out of the workforce for a while or are still trying to navigate how, if or what your disability may impact. The journey can be exhilarating and it can be tearful, but the feeling of success makes it all worthwhile.
